We have a 30-day return policy on all in-stock items. The website has an automated process for starting a return. Simply go to “My Account”, then “Orders”. Each order that has shipped to you will have a “Return” button. Click that button and follow the instructions. Certain works of Fine Art (Originals, Special Framing Orders, and Commissions for example) may have specific restrictions with regard to returns. Refunds are refunded to the credit card used to make the original purchase within thirty days of refund approval. Purchases made with another payment method are refunded via check.

Fine Art Pricing & Availability Policy
Our website offers many fine works of art, including originals and fine art limited editions. Depending on demand, Fine Art Products can become "Sold Out at Publisher" without notice and in such cases the only way to secure that item is to purchase it on the Secondary Market. On certain fine art works shown on this site, we rely on inventory information supplied by other publishers.
This website shows the recommended retail price given by such publishers and the availability they indicate at the last time this website was updated. We verify each order at the time of purchase. Rarely, an availability or price change may have occurred. We will notify you immediately of such a circumstance. However, we are not bound to deliver such a product or service at what has become an inaccurately advertised price.
If we can attain the Sold Out at Publisher work, you will have the option of continuing your purchase at the new quoted price. If we cannot fulfill your order or if you choose to cancel your order due to a price increase, you will receive a full refund of any payment previously collected on your order.
Out of Stock or Discontinued Items
If the item you have ordered is Out of Stock we will notify you of this immediately as well as the anticipated time for restock and fulfillment. You may choose to wait for the delivery of this item or cancel your order for a full refund. If the item you have ordered has been discontinued, we will notify you immediately and cancel your order for a full refund.
Original Art and Other Special Orders
We are pleased to work with you on securing original works and limited edition works of art from the Secondary Market. We have a half-century of experience in this marketplace. Often, these items are secured from thrid parties and private owners. We are experts in vetting the authenticity and quality of such items. We will do our best to allow you to enjoy a window of opportunity to confirm your satisfaction with such an item, but because of the nature of such a transaction, our 30-Day return window will not apply.

If your order has a time sensitivity that requires expedited shipping, please Contact Us so that we can confirm our ability to meet your time requirements.
Many of the items on our site are custom made or built to order, especially framed items. A shipping time requested as "2-Day Priority Mail" refers to the shipment time once the item has shipped and does not include any assembly window. We pride ourselves on our efficient and timely system, but the complexity of an order will impact delivery.
We use real-time shipping on this site. The shipping charge on your order is determined at order placement using UPS and USPS shipping rate calculators. If you feel that the shipping charges are incorrect, please Contact Us and let us know of your situation. A real person (not a calculator) will respond during business hours and resolve your issue prior to shipment.
If you have already received your order but still have a question on the shipping charges, please Contact Us and we will investigate to resolve your issue. At times, especially with international shipments or shipments to Alaska or Hawaii, the actual shipping charge can be more than the quote received from the shipping calculator. If we find that the actual shipping charge is higher than the quote, we will call to make sure that you are aware of and agree to any higher charge before we ship to you. In such an instance, you may decide to cancel your order. If you do, any fees previously collected in regard to such an order will be returned promptly. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
Taxes on International Orders
Some countries will charge import taxes on your shipment (Canada, England, etc...). Such taxes are not calculated in your order and we do not cover them if or when they are incurred. Please be aware of the taxes your country may charge and anticipate them.
