 Luke Frazier Born in Provo, Utah, and raised in the Salt Lake City area, Luke spent countless hours sketching and sculpting wildlife during his childhood. He studied engineering at Dixie College before pursuing art at Utah State University—where he earned a bachelor’s degree in painting and then a master’s degree in illustration. But even before he graduated, he was exploring the world of professional fine art.
